Filipino pro surfer John Mark Tokong and Australian Danni Hughes have tied the knot, June 12, in an intimate ceremony in Australia.
Popularly known as Marama in his hometown Siargao, he has represented the country in several local and international surfing competitions.
In 2019, Tokong won the World Surfing League 25th Siargao Cloud 9 International Surfing Cup. He was also one of the country’s bets in the 2019 Southeast Asian Games.
Marama and Danni have been in a relationship for awhile, they have a daughter together.
